Home deliveries arrive Sunday and Wednesday evenings, while office deliveries arrive Monday and Thursday mornings*.

​We use the freshest ingredients, guaranteeing a diet rich in fiber, ​vitamins, & antioxidants. We design our menu based on steaming and baking techniques, thereby preserving vital nutrients. Our menu changes every week to ensure variety of foods while taking advantage of seasonal local produce.



​Biweekly deliveries, in microwave-safe containers, make eating right the easiest it has ever been.

SF Core Meals is based on 3 mains objectives:

One of our plans is sure to meet your needs - whether you are looking to lose weight, maintain your physique, or even gain lean muscle mass. By combining the right amounts of vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in each meal, SFCM takes the calorie counting and preparation out of the picture.

Our weekly packs consist of all meals and snacks for 6 days (Sunday is considered free day). Meals are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to your San Francisco home or office (SF City Limits ONLY). Deliveries can be put on hold to accommodate business travel or holidays.
